Next to the buffalo's head is a large dark spot that starts dark blue, becomes black, and then brown. Above the buffalo's back are two triangle lines that are dashed and a lack a bottom. There are more lines of a similar nature going off the top of the artwork. There are fainter lines in the background as well. Coming from the buffalo's neck area is a diagnoal of yellow. There is also another black patch above the triangular lines. The authors name is signed on the bottom right.
